We want you to be 100% satisfied with ValAsta and will try to make that possible.

Domestic Return / Refund Policy

If the product is damaged or missing, please contact us immediately at info@ValAsta.net or 1 (803) 470-1913.

We make every effort to package your order, so it arrives complete and in excellent condition. Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong. We understand your frustration and will do everything we can to replace the item swiftly.

Please note: If any items arrive damaged or defective, do not dispose of the product or return the product until you have spoken with a customer service representative. You may be asked to submit a photograph of the damaged product and return the product. If you’ve received a damaged item, please e-mail us at info@ValAsta.net or call 1 (803) 470-1913.

We will need your name, order number, and the damaged item to arrange to replace the damaged product as soon as possible. A shipping label will be provided for the return of the damaged item. 

If the product bottle is defective and does not pump, there are a few things you may be able to do. ValAsta uses airless vacuum bottles, and occasionally, the membrane inside will stick, or the bottle will lose its vacuum. Do not open the bottle; there is no tube in the bottle. We suggest you place your finger over the opening and pump a few times quickly. Place the bottle upside down for several hours. Try again; if this does not work, you must return it. 

If your bottle is stained on arrival, it is likely not damaged. ValAsta has a very small molecular weight, meaning that the molecule of the ValAsta is so small that it will pass the blood-brain barrier (that is small). Because of this and the fact it is very red when a small amount gets on the threads of the bottle during packaging, it may seep out near the pump mechanism; it will look much worse than it is. If you change your mind and want to return the products, Customers may return any unopened (in original packaging) merchandise purchased from ValAsta within 30 days of receiving your package. If 30 days have elapsed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused, in the original unopened packaging, and in the same condition that you received it, and you are responsible for shipping costs for the return and a 10% restocking fee.

Chocolate Returns:

April – November: HOT WEATHER SHIPPING NOTICE: Due to real chocolate’s propensity to melt in hot weather, shipping chocolates during the warmer times of the year does include some risks. We do everything we can to help ensure the products arrive in good condition; however, due to circumstances outside our control, such as sitting on the porch after delivery, our chocolate products are not eligible for refunds.

Outside of the HOT WEATHER SHIPPING policy, returns on chocolate cannot elapse within seven days from receipt of the product. If seven days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please inspect your product upon receipt. Please note that there may be discolorations in the chocolate products that include orange or red. This is normal. Finally, the chocolate may also develop a “chocolate bloom”; this will cause your chocolate to look orange and grainy. The ValAsta is still effective and is not harmed. The ValAsta Chocolate can still be consumed. This bloom occurs when chocolate is stored or exposed to warm or moist conditions; moisture collects on the surface of the chocolate, draws out the sugar, and then dries and crystalizes on the surface. Sugar bloom can be avoided by keeping chocolate from moisture and storing it in a cool, dry location.

If the chocolate is returned, you must package it with ice packs and be shipped by 2-day express shipping.

VLED Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and Not Working: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please note that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

International Return / Refund Policy

Our international orders are fulfilled from our fulfillment center in the Netherlands.
