International Orders

We now ship internationally to many countries; please verify if your country is in the dropdown menu. If your country has not been added, follow the instructions below:

Submitting an email including your full name, mailing address, billing address (if different from mailing address), phone number and what you would like to purchase (currently we are only able to ship the ValAsta Liquid Astaxanthin with Olive Oil 100ml and the ValAsta Astaxanthin Salve with DMSO 30ml), we will email you an invoice with the product price and estimate shipping (please note that custom and duty fees are not included).

We also have international distributors located in specific countries; see below.

When ordering from the distributors below, please contact them directly if you have any questions or concerns about your shipment or returns; they will be responsible for communicating with you.

  • Before placing your order, be aware of local customs and laws concerning food or dietary supplement shipment. You are responsible for knowing what is permitted to ship into your country.
  • ValAsta will always work to provide our best service, so your order is received in a timely manner with the least amount of shipping costs.
  • Most orders will ship within two to four business days, provided there are no shipping restrictions.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
  • We cannot guarantee an arrival date but will provide an estimated arrival time with a tracking number.
  • Our charges DO NOT include import taxes or duties imposed by authorities in the destination country. Carriers will not deliver any order until all fees and duties are paid. Contact your local customs office regarding duty charges on imports.
  • No refunds will be issued for items seized at your local customs office or not delivered unless returned to us.
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • If you choose to return your order, return the unopened (in original packaging) merchandise purchased from ValAsta within 30 days of receiving the package.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused, in the original unopened packaging, and in the same condition they were received. You are responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item(s) has been received and inspected.
