In this Pub Med article (link below) the results revealed that Astaxanthin has also been valued as a potential adjunct in the conservative management of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). Therefore, its daily consumption is a beneficial strategy in human health management, and in particular, it could result in being successful in fighting oxidative stress in athletes, whose free radical production is accentuated, because of physical exercise.
